All LetMeShine products’ prices include FREE standard shipping within the USA. Your LetMeShine hair extensions will be shipped from our warehouses located in Florida. Shipping to areas outside of the USA will incur costs to be absorbed by the buyer.  

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, even if faster shipping options have been selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We are unable to ship orders on the same day that they are placed. If your order is placed on a Monday, it will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. If your order is placed on a Friday, it will ship out on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. When your order does ship, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. When choosing a shipping option, please keep in mind that express shipping and other third-party fees are non-refundable.

LetMeShine Hair is NOT able to ship to the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Italy, India, Qatar, Lebanon, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Slovakia, Venezuela and some other countries. We have stopped shipping to these countries due to the large number of lost packages.  

International Orders: On some rare occasions, a country’s customs clearance process can slow a delivery. It may take up to 4-8 weeks (or even longer in some instances) for our shipments to reach Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. LetMeShine Hair is not responsible for any delays once packages leave our warehouses.


Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout. This email can take up to 48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email. This email will include a tracking number so that you can stay updated on the delivery’s progress. If you are unable to track your package, please contact the courier directly. If you have not received your shipment after the estimated delivery date, please contact us

Our international customers (residing outside of the USA) could be required to pay additional fees once their orders have been delivered. These fees are determined by local governments and are not collected by LetMeShine. Therefore, LetMeShine cannot refund such fees, even if a package is not accepted. These fees are not included in our prices and should be considered separate from your purchase. Any and all applicable fees must be paid before a shipment can be delivered. If you have any questions regarding possible additional fees, please contact your country’s customs office directly.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee. 


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered into the online order form is correct and accurate. If it is added incorrectly, we cannot guarantee delivery. If the error is noted immediately, please write to us at We will do our best to intercept the package before it leaves our warehouse and correct the address but this cannot be guaranteed. If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at immediately. If it is too late for us to cancel the shipment on our end, you have the option of returning it once you receive it. Extra Shipping Charges: Please note that if you upgraded your shipping and the package was either canceled or delivered to the wrong address and you would like a refund, we are unable to reimburse the upgraded shipping fees.


By placing an order at LetMeShine Hair, you are accepting responsibility for the cost of return shipping. Refer to our Help page for further information.


Tracking with Delivery Confirmation is included with all of our shipments. If the tracking information states that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly. LetMeShine is not responsible for missing packages if the tracking information states that delivery was completed. 


LetMeShine is required to charge state sales taxes on all orders to California and Pennsylvania at the applicable county rate. Local state governments mandate these taxes. LetMeShine does not benefit from these additional fees.
